Families

3 Nephi 18: 21aPray in your families unto the Father, always in my name, that your wives and your children may be blessed.

With it being Mothers day two days ago and thinking  about my own family i thought that i might write a little something about families.  In my brother's blog he mentioned a little about how much our families are important in the church.

Mosiah 2: 5-6
 5And it came to pass that when they came up to the temple, they pitched their tents round about, every man according to his afamily, consisting of his wife, and his sons, and his daughters, and their sons, and their daughters, from the eldest down to the youngest, every family being separate one from another.
 6And they pitched their tents round about the temple, every man having his atent with the door thereof towards the temple, that thereby they might remain in their tents and hear the words which king Benjamin should speak unto them;

I love my family a ton. All the things that we've gone through have been tough, but its been worth it.  It's made us come closer together and able to work better together.  Granted I've been away for almost two years and haven't been able to physically see the changes happen but I've been able to hear in emails and the occasions that I call home the difference in the atmosphere at home.

I don't know where I'd be if it weren't for my dad, mom and the brothers and sisters that I got.  The support that I've recieved from them and the strength is overwhelming sometimes. It's comforting to me that I'll be with them for all eternity, an d be able to see them again after our time here is over.  I know that I'll be sealed to my future family for all eternity and that they can be with me someday.  I look forward to the time when I can look and my Dad and say "Well now I know what you felt like". I think he'll laugh the day I do that.  It's going to be awesome to see my sister get married and to see the rest of the family and the changes that have happened and I'm excited to be able to make more memories with them.
